How therapy with me can help you:

My goal is to offer a space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated. I enter sessions with curiosity and collaboration, meeting clients where they are and honoring their lived experiences. I hope clients leave sessions feeling supported as we explore the experiences that brought them to therapy.

My approach is informed by Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) and motivational interviewing (MI), with an emphasis on exploring how past experiences and relationships can shape present thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Sessions with me tend to be conversational and reflective, providing space for insight, self-reflection, and new perspectives. I view therapy as a partnership — I’m here to listen, offer support, and work alongside you as you engage in growth and change at a pace that feels right for you.

About me:

I’m currently a Marriage and Family Therapy student at Northwestern University, where my training focuses on Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST). Before this, I worked as a Care Advocate supporting members through various stages of women’s and family health, where I was trained in motivational interviewing (MI). I also designed my own undergraduate major in Family Wellness, reflecting my long-standing passion for supporting individuals and families. Outside of work and school, I love spending time with my partner and dog, listening to podcasts, and watching reality TV.
