Jillian Eilers

Jillian is an open-minded, inclusive, and affirming therapist currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University. She is currently under the supervision of Susan Driscoll, LMFT.

With an Adlerian approach, Jillian aspires to understand how clients’ everyday choices and decisions aim to bring them closer to others to maintain their relationships and provide them support and community. She utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating mindfulness techniques and trauma-informed care to empower clients. Jillian values creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment that fosters an atmosphere of trust, honesty, and open dialogue, allowing clients to express themselves, grow, and heal. Furthermore, she believes in the power of building meaningful connections and strong relationships with her clients. 

Jillian strives to recognize and appreciate how her clients’ various identities shape their lives, relationships, and daily interactions. She is dedicated to helping clients identify and work through their challenges, and to ultimately reach a place of self-acceptance and fulfillment. Her passion lies in assisting clients in developing self-awareness, self-worth, and a sense of purpose, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
