How therapy with me can help you:
I am integrative, client-centered, and collaborative, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all method. My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, warmth, and curiosity. I draw from various therapeutic models, including attachment theory, DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, to ensure that my work is tailored to meet each client where they are. I use a trauma- and brain-informed lens, focusing on understanding the whole person and how different aspects of life are interconnected.
About me:
I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University and am licensed in DC. I am an ABA-certified Behavioral Health Technician with experience working with children who have developmental disabilities and mental health concerns. I am also a certified anxiety treatment professional and trained in trauma-informed care. On the weekends, I enjoy going on walks and spending time with my puppy, Winnie.
