How therapy with me can help you:

As a therapist, I aim to create a space that is supportive, collaborative, and empowering. Together, we will talk through what you are experiencing and cultivate insight and methods to help you. In this work, I pull from several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Overall, my goal is to customize my approach to what works best for you and your particular situation.

About me:

Before becoming a therapist, I received my B.A. from Yale, and my J.D. from Harvard. After law school, I worked as a policy advisor at federal agencies and the White House. I have learned through each phase of my life that the thing I love most is being there to support and empower people as they navigate hard moments and tough choices, and being a therapist allows me to work with people in as direct a way as possible. I am currently a student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University.

In my free time, I like to hike, swim, discover new baked goods, read, and spend time with family and friends.
