Margaret Hardy, MA

Margaret Hardy is a resident therapist, working under supervision of Laura Golojuch, LMFT.

Margaret uses a strengths-based, integrative, and systemic approach in her work with individuals and couples. Her goal is to help clients develop the skills they need to build authentic, fulfilled, and aligned lives. She strives to support clients in developing deeper self-understanding, improving their relationships, and creating positive, lasting change.

Margaret specializes in working with those navigating life transitions, relationships, and questions of identity. She enjoys working with couples coming to counseling for the first time or who are navigating upcoming relational transitions (like planning for marriage, expecting a baby, moving in together, or entering a stepfamily).

Prior to working as a therapist and coach, Margaret spent her career in school administration where she worked with high achieving individuals and families. Margaret incorporates narrative, collaborative, trauma-informed, and solution-focused practices. She is affirming and supportive of all identities and relationship/family structures.

Margaret completed her undergraduate degree in sociology with a minor in psychology at Pomona College. She received an MA in educational psychology from Ball State University, focusing on gifted/talented students, as well as a certificate in leadership in enrollment management from USC Rossier School of Education. She received an MA in couple and family therapy from Antioch University New England.
