Kaylyn Graham, MS

Kaylyn is an empathetic and passionate PhD student at The George Washington University. She has a Masters of Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Florida. With a profound commitment to promoting mental health and well-being, Kaylyn’s research and clinical interests lie at the intersection of psychology, diversity, and social justice. Kaylyn is supervised by Caryn Crotty, LMFT.

Drawing from a passion for inclusivity and understanding, Kaylyn provides compassionate care to individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, trauma survivors, and those needing extra support. Kaylyn is interested in working with couples, adults, and teenagers. Through her therapeutic practice, Kaylyn strives to create a safe and affirming space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to explore their unique identities and experiences.

Through a client-centered approach, Kaylyn fosters a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and emotions at their own pace. Utilizing the principles of CBT, Kaylyn collaborates with clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies and attain their therapeutic goals. 

Kaylyn holds a deep appreciation for the transformative power of therapy and is driven by a desire to facilitate positive change in the lives of others. Through her clinical work, research endeavors, and advocacy initiatives, Kaylyn is dedicated to fostering healing, resilience, and empowerment within the individuals she serves.
